Q: I just joined the site and I cannot find my personal profile. How do I get to my profile page?
A: Access your profile page on the site with the Login button in the top right corner of the home page. After logging in, first page you will see is your artwork page. After you are logged in you can return to your profile page by clicking on the My Profile link in the upper right corner of any page.

Q: How do I upload a profile picture?
A: Log in and go to your profile page. Click on the Edit Profile link found underneath the current profile picture. Click on the Profile Picture link found in the left hand column. Click on the word "Here" (it is a link) and continue to choose a desired profile picture.

Q: I receive an error when saving changes to my profile page. Why?
A: In most cases, errors you see while using the site can be fixed by clearing your browser's cache, cookies or disabling unwanted add-ons.

Q: How do I check for new messages?
A: You must log in to the site and click on the In-box link on your profile page.

Q: How will I know if I have new messages?
A: The web site's messaging system will send you an email notification for each new message received.

Q: How do I upgrade my account?
A: Log in and go to your profile page. Click on the Manage Account link found underneath your profile picture. From there, simply follow the steps to upgrade your profile.

Q: I receive an error when uploading new artwork. Why?
A: Please make sure not to use text labels representing units of measure in the dimension fields. These fields are for numeric values only. If you have only numeric values in the fields and continue to receive an error consider clearing your browser's cache, cookies or disabling unwanted add-ons.
